At P.Louise, we want you to be obsessed with your purchase; however, due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team at info@plouise.co.uk with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
